Established Cape Flats lyricist Isaac Mutant forms part of the collective Dookoom. Alongside Spooky, Human Waste (Dplanet) and Dj Roach, this project promises to "take a kak on the South African music industry". A parody on the imagery found in mainstream hip hop, "Kak Stirvy" was shot in the Cape Flats suburb of Heinz Park. Is this a dumb-down of the complex rapper Isaac Mutant?
